1. You’re ordering a Really Great Chair
When you order from BertoliniChurchChairs.com you’re getting a really great chair at a really great price.
Step 1: Select your Chairs.
When you’ve decided on the church chair model you would like to purchase, select the quantity you need and click the “Add to Cart.” If you are selecting several different models of chairs (mixing color schemes –very popular these days) add those to your cart as well.
Review your cart; you’ll notice that we automatically added a Chair Dolly. While this might seem a little presumptuous on our part, if you every have to move a stack of chairs for any reason you will need at least one of these. If you setup and tear down more frequently with multiple individuals involved you might consider changing the quantity to add additional dollies. Dollies are also extremely handy during off-loading. If you decide that you do not need a dolly, simple remove it before proceeding.
Step 3: Select your Payment Option.
As you walk through the order process you’ll be given several payment options to make the purchasing process fit the way you want to purchase:
Electronic Check/ACH: You can complete your order using a checking account. Select the “Pay by Mail, Fax or Phone” when you are at the check out screen. Print your completed and order and Fax it to us at 909-613-1396 along with a completed ACH Form. You will need your checking account number and bank routing number.
Credit Card: You can complete your order online using a major credit card with our secure e-commerce solution provided by PayPal Payments Pro. Simply fill in the requested information from your credit card.
PayPal: You can complete your order online using a PayPal account. You will be taken to PayPal’s site to complete the transaction.
Print & Mail/Fax/Phone: If you prefer not to use our secure online payment options you can complete your order by selecting the “Pay by Mail, Fax or Phone” option in the checkout, entering your phone number as your purchase order number, and printing out your completed order to provide payment via phone, fax or mail. We will hold your order in our system for up to 5 business days; if we do not receive payment during that time we will attempt to contact you to process your payment or cancel the order.
To provide payment via phone, print out your completed order and call us at 888-274-5505. We can process your order via major credit card over the phone.
To provide payment via fax, print out your completed order, complete the ACH Form with your checking information or the Credit Card Authorization Form with your credit card payment information and fax your complete order and payment information to 909-613-1396.
To provide payment via mail, print out your completed order, complete the ACH Form with your checking information, the Credit Card Authorization Form with your credit card payment information, or include payment in the form of a check payable to Bertolini Inc. (church or company checks only, no personal checks) or cashier’s check and mail to BertoliniChurchChairs.com, C/O Bertolini Inc., 13941 Norton Ave, Chino CA 91710.
2. Your Chairs will be delivered in a Fairly Short Time
Processing and Assembly: Once you place your order and payments are processed (allow 24 to 48 hours for payment processing once we receive your payment) we will initiate processing your order for shipment. If we have the chairs you have selected assembled and in stock in the appropriate quantities, your chairs will ship out within 5 business days after payment processing is complete. In most cases we will need to assemble the cushion sets and finished frames that we stock separately in order to fulfill your order; we will then ship your chairs within 10 business days after payment processing is complete. In rare cases we may be back-ordered on the cushion sets required to assemble your chair order; if this happens we will communicate with you when we anticipate shipping your chairs. We will also give you any other options that may be available.
Shipping: All chairs are shipped via common freight carrier in stacks of ten or eleven F.O.B. from Lawrenceburg Tennessee. You may choose to pick up your chairs (Will-call) at Bertolini Manufacturing facility at 101 Motivation Drive, Lawrenceburg, TN 38464, or arrange for your freight. Please select the “Will Call” option when checking out.
Off-Loading: Chairs are shipped to you via common carrier due to their bulky nature. Shipping your chairs to you using any other shipping methods would quadruple how much shipping would cost per chair. The trade-off is that you are responsible for getting the chairs off the back of the truck. You will need a certain number of physically-able volunteers (at least 4), depending on the number of chairs ordered, to unload from the rear of the delivery truck and move them into your facility; this is where several of our chair dollies come in handy. We’ve prepared a short video on off-loading to give you a better understanding of how to do this.
Add-on Bookracks: If your chair order includes Add-on Bookracks these will need to be attached after your chairs are unloaded and the shipping packaging removed. They are quick and simple to install using 2 self-tapping screws (provided); we recommend using a standard drill motor with a Phillips bit. We’ve prepared a short video on how to install an Add-on Bookrack to give you a better understanding of how to do this.
Card/Pencil Holders: If your chair order includes Add-on Card/Pencil Holder these will need to be attached after your chairs are unloaded and the shipping packaging removed. They are quick and simple to install using 4 screws (provided); we recommend using a standard drill motor with a Phillips bit. We’ve prepared a short video on how to install an Add-on Card/Pencil Holder to give you a better understanding of how to do this.
